Martin is Business Development Director (CEE region) at Ribera Salud and Official representative in CERN. He studied economics at University of Economics in Bratislava and Universidad de Alcalá in Spain.

In 1999, Martin started his professional career at J&T Finance Group where he held several positions (project manager, financial analyst and corporate associate – mergers & acquisitions advisory). After eleven productive years during which he also gained valuable experience in health care sector, he became an executive officer under the ProCare Group managing the network of 4 hospitals and clinic. He then acted as CEO of Family Bank of cord blood stem cells: Ceptra. Between 2012 and 2017, he was director of strategy department at the biggest health insurance comapny Všeobecná zdravotná poisťovňa.  

Since 2017, he has been working in Pro Diagnostic Group, a leading health care provider in diagnostic imaging in Slovakia and a member of Ribera Salud Grupo. He is responsible for business development in CEE region and finances (CFO). Martin acts also as shareholder representative on behalf of Ribera Salud.

Appointed by The Slovak Ministry of Education, Science, Research and Sport, Martin has become the Official Representative in CERN - European Laboratory for Particle Physics. As a Member of Knowledge Transfer Forum for Medical Applications he is actively promoting and transferring the technological and human capital developed at CERN.

Martin joined CEE HPN in 2019.
