Adam Kruszewski, Poland
Adam Kruszewski, MD, MBA, is the CEO and co-owner of Orphinic, an investment and development platform creating innovative solutions for orphan diseases (PL, since 2017).
Before he was co-owner and CEO of KCR SA, joint stock company conducting clinical trials for pharmaceutical industry.
Adam worked also in a venture capital company – Enterprise Investors and was responsible for health care sector, previously he also held the position of Medical Director of Medicover.
Throughout his career, Adam acted as a consultant for the World Bank, Ministry of Health, private equity and insurance companies.
He also worked as an advisor of Minister of Finance L. Balcerowicz. For the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economy J. Hauser, together with the task force, he participated in preparation of project of implementing private health insurance in Poland.
Adam studied medicine at Warsaw Medical University and he holds MBA from Kozminski University and Master of Health Administration from the University of Minnesota.
He is the founding member of CEE Health Policy Network.
